Got everything installed yesterday but the installer couldn't get the ASWC-1 to work. It wouldn't auto program or let him manually program. Tried 2 different units with the same result.

Got everything installed yesterday but the installer couldn't get the ASWC-1 to work. It wouldn't auto program or let him manually program. Tried 2 different units with the same result. He called their tech support and tried a couple changes to wiring but no luck. Looks like we're going to order a PAC instead.
I also ran into issues with the iPhone 5 connector. I bought a lightning extension cable but it's not recognized. Would have been a nice clean install if that had worked. Instead we're going to have to hook directly to that bulky Apple VGA adapter. |
