I have the same radio in my 40th (has touring bose package).
Use this harness instead: Amazon.com: Metra 70-7553 Integration Harness for Select Nissan Vehicles with Premium Sound System: Electronics it works directly off your 4v preamp outputs so you dont need a line adapter. I used the $20 ebay backup cam and it works great! You also might want to consider the Scosche dash kit instead of the metra as it fits without the need for a trim ring.
