Amp Mount - Behind Passenger Seat?

good practice to not mount amps directly to metal chassis to begin with. The only issue I see with the velcro is when the amp gets hot, will it stick,

good practice to not mount amps directly to metal chassis to begin with.
The only issue I see with the velcro is when the amp gets hot, will it stick, or will the adhesive melt off?? Time will tell, I guess.
