I was thinking about mounting my amp behind the passenger seat - towards the ground (not in the tray). I was wondering if its ok to drill the mounting screws

Amp Mount - Behind Passenger Seat?
I was thinking about mounting my amp behind the passenger seat - towards the ground (not in the tray). I was wondering if its ok to drill the mounting screws here or is there something that i am risking puncturing on the other side?
The amp is too big to be mounted in the trunk between the cross bar and spare tire. I'm not too concerned about loosing a few inches in leg room on the passenger side. Thanks, |
