Sorry for not making it clear, but this may sound funny to you

Here in CA we could get fined for putting a gps / mobil device and not limited to a radar detector on the wrong side of the windshield.

In this case having RD below on the mirror could be one of them. I would like to be able to clear my windshield asap when being pulled over to avoid additional fine
