How smooth is the transition between the dash kit around your Headunit and the oem nav bezel around your screen? That would be another issue for me..

How smooth is the transition between the dash kit around your Headunit and the oem nav bezel around your screen? That would be another issue for me..

With the lower piece what we did was cut the top to make if flat (it curves normally) and then shaved a little off the bottom just above the buttons to bring the head unit down so I had access to the DVD/CD slot if needed. Did not have to do this part but it gave me easier access to the slot. Here is another one done in Houston by a friend. He cut the OEM nav control piece out completely so he could use the OEM lower face with no cutting required. I do not have the final picture after he covered it up though. ![]()
