Have you looked at the compatability Bluetooth phone document on nissanusa under the owners the documents section? Some phones don't have that capability. That might be the problem. My blackberry

Have you looked at the compatability Bluetooth phone document on nissanusa under the owners the documents section? Some phones don't have that capability. That might be the problem. My blackberry won't transfer the address book, but it could be my security settings (work phone). Try checking that compatability list.
