No your video camera will be fine. I have hooked them up that way for ten years. Use a switched power source, not constant power. Ignition or accessory. Myself and every other installer that I have worked with hook back up cams up this way. So, anyways, IMO it is not a worry.
At speed the camera is only slightly more fuzzy than standing still.
