370Z Blind Spots

Any suggestions on how to fix blind spots? I use the mirrors and I look before changing lines. I almost ran into another vehicle as I was changing lanes.

I suggest you buy those small dome mirrors. I use that on my fiancee's tC (blind spot an issue on that car as well - driver side) and it helps alot. I take a peek on the mirror, then on the dome and then I look back. Once you get used to it, it becomes second nature.

The 350 has the same problem. So I obtained the small spot (dome)mirrors for it also and it helps the problem. In these cars we just have to be very careful when we drive them.

I'm guess this is the wrong section for this topic, but I'll chime in anyways.

Has anyone found a use for the rear side windows? During my test drive, it seemed that the passenger's headrest always blocked the window and made it really hard for me to see that corner of the car. The window on my side wasn't any better haha.

Fish-eye mirrors! My 2002 Trans Am had the same problem. (HUGE sail panels)

The fish-eye mirrors were so good that eventually I stopped using the rest of the side mirrors and just used the fish-eyes. Good stuff, and I'll never go back.

Those little side portal windows are useless. I went ahead and stuck a convex dome mirror on my left mirror.

Safety Tip: Put the dome/fish eye mirror on the "car body side " of your regular mirror! It easier and faster to look at it there,"plus your eyes aren't taken off the road as much".

I just turn on my turn signals, and eventually move into the other lane. Anyone still sitting next to me deserves to get run off the road for not letting me over.
