Sounds like to be certain, you will have to look for yourself. You have the base stereo, right? Then it is 99.9% certain you will find this connector:
![]() Looking at your Metra adapter, it does not have a wire for VSS, but you MIGHT be able to pull out a rear speaker pin/wire and reinsert it for the VSS connection. I started a thread on how to move pins in the Scosche adapter, but have no experience with the Metra. The 'consensus' opinion of the forum was to hack into the vehicle harness (for reverse and steering wheel remote wires in my case; no nav), but relocating pins in the Scosche adapter eliminates the need to do so. You may very well find the same can be true for the Metra adapter. Go for it! |
