Tweeter Cover in Dash

Has anyone removed this yet? If so, how do I do it without messing up the dash? Thanks!

pretty easy to remove. You need a plastic pry tool and lift it gently. Start from the a pillar side

If you can't find one, see if a guitar pick can help. I'll probably use the nylon tool from my cellphone/iPod stuff.
