This will not fit under the passenger seat for sure, i tried. It will under the driver seat if its raised a bit but the speaker will make your whole

This will not fit under the passenger seat for sure, i tried. It will under the driver seat if its raised a bit but the speaker will make your whole seat shake. This is why i mounted it behind the seat laying sideways with the adjustments facing the door.
