Apple iPad Head Unit Installation

So how do you sync the iPad with any other device that contains all your media? I hope it has a quick release. And I agree...not having 3G is a huge FAIL. Makes it useless unless you park in front of a Starbucks.

Well I thought that is where all Apple users spend all their time?

The idea of this is good in concept, but will not work overall. It has a pretty screen and runs a nice UI, but beyond that it is very limited and you could easily achieve the same idea cheaper, with more functionality.

All in all, the ideas pretty sick...i mean you pretty much have a mobile...everything in one place...and if you did get the 3G version..hold the phone, because all you really need are toilets in the seats and your set!

I agree, thinking about taking the dash apart just to do an upgrade or to sync music is impractical in my opinion. Me I would stick with a double din an a 160gb ipod. Not to mention what if you buy a cd.
