How much are you looking to spend?

I've heard good things about the cheaper Android+GPS head units.

The name brand units with nav are $$$ if you're getting the latest model/flagship models.

If money is not a concern, Pioneer, Kenwood, and Alpine all make great double-din headunits with pretty much everything you need. If you are on a budget, I would look into Jensen and Boss. The lower end Pioneer units are nice as well but may not come with navigation.

For those that did upgrade their head units that have the Bose sound system, did the head unit improve the sound quality and increase the bass coming from the Bose sub? I feel like I barely feel/hear the Bose sub with the oem head unit
