Factory Navigation with Aftermarket Head Unit

Is is possible to remove the Bose system and install an Aftermarket unit while keeping the Factory Navigation system?

I don't think it's possible. With the nav unit a lot of the audio controls are done from the nav screen.

you'll have to build from the stock HU/NAV. there are a lot of good interfaces you can use.
