The black one is USB and I think the other one is for the aux input and the bluetooth module.
I should add I have the 2016 Service manual if you need the actual pinouts. If your replacing the radio with an aftermarket unit you can ignore the white connector and get a USB adapter to plug into the end of the black cable to keep the USB port in the center console working.
