I can throw in my $0.02 with the TM65mkIIs. I have 2 pair in my Tahoe in very well made doors and they freaking ROCK.
I have a 3rd pair sitting on a shelf waiting to replace the Dynaudio MW170s in my 370z. I hope to swap those out soon, they've been sitting there a couple of years while I took a bit of a hiatus. Here's what they look like in the The Hoe:   And this is the back end of the Z - I need to find some decent grills that have enough clearance for 28mm of Xmax on my subs:
