process of elimination during power on/off key sequence when you hear the noise:
#1. Turn down volume of radio. #2. Turn off Radio #3. Disconnect preamp out from radio from amp. #4. Disconnect power amp trigger wire from radio. After that I'm not sure. If you have any active electronics running between the amp and the head unit I would suspect that. Is your H/U running the power/speaker outputs into the amplifier instead of the low level preamps? Is the H/U switching to AM/FM during this time? |
