Disabling Active Sound Enhancement (ASE) and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on 2016+

I had ASE turned off and the car was so quiet I couldn't even hear what gear I was in over the OEM tyre noise.. was driving along at 4000RPM

HKS Hi-Power catback fixed that without being obnoxious. With ASE off I've tried ANC on and ANC off (after successive dealer services) and honestly can't tell the difference. I kinda wonder if ANC is nerfed once you turn ASE off. But anyway, whatever. Would have been happy to keep ANC but the fake engine noises were awful.
