Update: The tablet is now a standalone HU without using your oem HU or AUX cable to the oem HU.
The tablet connects to an equalizer's "main" or aux rca ports via aux to rca cable. All speakers + sub in the car also connects to the equalizer via amp (speaker & sub cables to amp then rca cables from amp to equalizer) to receive sound from the tablet. BOOM! No need to run aux cable from your tablet to the oem HU. Get rid of your oem HU and save some room AND sound quality! Rewiring of the speaker cable is necessary to achieve this. If you have crossovers it makes installation so much easier. |
