Need help with jumper pins on LC2i.

When connecting one pair of sub wires to your LC2i, you will connect to the left input (the information online is correct). You can then split that incoming signal over to the right input so you don't have to use a y-splitter on the output - this will be fine for your Bose amp.

I suggest listening to your system with the Bass level set to 12 o'clock - then move the AccuBASS level around (with Threshold all the way clockwise) until you achieve the sound you want. Once AccuBASS is dialed in, unplug the LC2i from your amp and maximize signal using the Bass level as you described below: head unit to 3/4 volume, increase Bass Level until Maximize light flickers, then back off just enough so the light goes out. Reconnect to your amp and fine-tune. You should start with your amp gains all the way down.
