Anyone familiar with cash incentives? (Canada)

I placed my order in the end of February and I'm paying in cash. I was told at the time that if any incentives pop up before my car arrives, I'm eligible for it. But I'm almost sure my shady dealer would lie and try to pocket the money themselves, especially since they're selling at a ridiculously low price to me (apparently).

Well I just found out that the 2013 Zs have at least $3500 (don't know the full amount) manufacturer cash incentive in at least the month of June.

Theres promotions for the Rogue and Altimas so its not surprising at all to find out that there are deals for the full lineup on 2013s.

Can I get this money? How do I approach this? Its not online or anywhere, I can't find anything on it.
