Mercedes setting off the V1?

More and more I drive past Mercs, especially the SUV's and I'm getting the K band going off on my V1. Anyone else notice this? How annoying.

I've been hearing about this a lot... The new mercedes set off peoples K bands because of all the fancy blind spot monitoring.. etc...

Audi is the same, the lane change assist uses k band which gets extremely annoying.
Infiniti uses laser for its auto cruise control function.

Yep, and it is going to get worse from what I have been reading.
More companies are adding lane assist or side warning systems which are going to use K band.

X-band----- OFF
Traffic Monitor filtering-----ON
K guard (or is it Ka guard?)----- ON

This is how I run mine and I receive VERY FEW annoyances unless I am in a shopping-center.

I'm thinking about disabling the X band and laser. X band is for doors at the supermarket and by the time you get tagged with laser, it's too late anyway.
