well water ---spots galore

Besides using a filter on my hose and trying to dry my car asap after rinsing-does anyone know how to avoid or eliminate water spots??? I cannot dry the car

I cannot dry the car fast enough to prevent them. It looks terrible on the black cherry color-help!
