NMAC's tier rate

Does NMAC still use a Tier 0/1/2/3 system? If so, what is the rate currently? I can't get one from PenFed due to my vacation home. I am just curious

If so, what is the rate currently? I can't get one from PenFed due to my vacation home. I am just curious to see what their rates are. I believe 0 is 730+, 1 is 690-730, and 2 is 650-690 right? Thanks`
