2009 touring manual price Help

i'm planning to buy the car and the dealer offered me 33000+ttl for a 2009 touring manual with no extra packages.
I need help in negotiating the price with the dealer. i have seen the invoice prices thread for 2009 model..can you tell me how low can I go below the invoice price for a 2009 model??

Invoice is $31,919 (excluding destination) for a Touring manual with no options. Add destination of $720 and that gets you to $32,639. I can't believe that the car has no options, not even mats though.

At this point most 09s can be had for less than invoice so a deal below invoice would be what I would be looking for. I hope that helps.

Did you buy it yet??
I paid 31,600 with all fees. 2009 370z touring..
I contact with so many dealers and most of them can sell the car under 32,000 include all fees..
