Invoice is $31,919 (excluding destination) for a Touring manual with no options. Add destination of $720 and that gets you to $32,639. I can't believe that the car has no options, not even mats though.
At this point most 09s can be had for less than invoice so a deal below invoice would be what I would be looking for. I hope that helps.
