Best price on touring right now

What is the best price out there for a touring, anyone think they will go below VPP for it? I am hoping to keep the car below $32K, but obviously

I am hoping to keep the car below $32K, but obviously that will only get me a base with sport package. What do I have to up the offer to to get a touring with sport. Do I have to go the VPP price of 35K or can i get a great deal for 34K?
