I think maybe you should throw a link to this thread on the front page. Base members will be more likely to upgrade if they understand how much work it is to maintain the site.
And maybe you can give a discount to the vendors who do deals for premium members as that would encourage the vendors to give better deals to us premium members thereby encouraging base members to upgrade. Or charge extra money for vendors who don't encourage premium membership. Thanks for all the hard work. |
