Anybody recognize this 40th?

Found this 40th at a dealer, although out of state, but priced well. Carfax reported one accident to the front left fender, assuming they did not replace the fender, then

Carfax reported one accident to the front left fender, assuming they did not replace the fender, then it is was a minor accident. It is also CPO surprisingly... I do not really care for the carbon fiber hood nor the aftermarket navigation, but everything else looks great on the car including the nismo exhaust. Trying to see if I can locate the last owner to see if they have details on the accident.
