RFT Tires Stock on the 40th??

how can you have worn out tires at 5K miles? they are not even fully broken in untl 1200 miles. I got almost 30K out of my stock sport 19

I would contact owner of that dealer and tell them you want all 4 brand new tires or you will be going to Nissan and BBB.
