Hey guys, first post here in the forum. I'm excited to be a part of this. I'm from San Diego area, looking into a lot of mods for my 40th while still keeping it clean. Anyone know of a reputable body shop who does both paint, powder coating and mod installs in the local SD area?

Not gonna lie, it's strange, yet oddly encouraging to see a guy go from a Z to a GT-R and back to a Z. There's a lesson in there somewhere.

congrats on the new Z! I am sure you will like it! Can't wait to see some pics and updates as you mod it out!

I have herd the Z is more fun to drive anyway! easier to put it sideways and more touchy in the throttle, GTR you almost feel safer and more in control. The Z gives you that edge of your seat experience where the tires can break lose at any slight over acceleration...... however that is IMO. I can only compare it because a good buddies twin has a GTR, my buddy has a Maserati GranTurismo, and there older brother has a M3 and they all agree that 370 is more fun(not faster) then the GTR........however the other twin can't drive stick (or he just doesn't, he only buys autos).

Thanks Mike! It's noticably slower than the GTR (duh), but it's been a blast to drive so far.

And GODDAMN I love the 40th color combo...
