If a dealer did that to me I would threaten to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That usually gets their attention. I've had to do that in

If a dealer did that to me I would threaten to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That usually gets their attention. I've had to do that in the past when a dealer agreed to refund me a credit card fee since I would be installing my own aftermarket radio instead of letting them replace the defective one they had on the car. The salesmen basically refused the refund a few days after purchase because he said he never agreed on paper to do that. Needless to say after I filed a complaint and once management got wind of it, he drove 50 miles to my house to hand-deliver a money order.
