Remember you can add about 10* to 20* based on where the oil temp is taken. My temp here in the winter can get fairly cool...in the 50s and 40s. When cruising on the highway my temp gauge will read 160. You may need to block part of your oil cooler off to get temps to stay up. Under normal conditions mine is always about 200 or 210.
