I thought they were one of the best as well, until recently.

yea nobody is perfect and while i don't know your story as long as you were reasonable about it, i won't argue with you about your decision. this guy however...

Don't listen to Sibze. He is still upset that I convinced him my brand of baby gravy would fill his overly large facial pores, and that he needs to apply a handful to his face before bed every night. Went a year and a half before he caught on.

I think me keeping it off of the forums is reasonable enough. There's no reason for me to paint them as some evil villian on public forums. Having my work done and orders placed elsewhere, while it may not hurt them, will at least help me to avoid future issues... and that's what is important to me.

The OP has the choice to post his story here, no matter how unreasonable he was. He didn't break any forum rules, which is why the thread is still here. Obviously, the majority of you disagree with him, so he looks like an ***, but I can see where he's coming from.

Come on Matt. They worked on your car for like 3 hours and only charged you for 1 hour. I know they told you that you needed new clips when they put the piece back on. You chose to post something on the forum without contacting them. I had someone contact you and I'm sure they're going to take care of whatever the problem. The part has already been ordered and everything will be taken care of.

Everyone is absolutely right. No company is without flaws. I think we can be decent customers if the company is trying to rectify the situation. I just don't think it's cool for you to blast them when they're trying to do right by you.

I had a problem with Z1 also the first time. Dustin told me i could streak around the shop. But then John came out and tazered me. : ( they took photos and videos and posted them on youtube.

but that wont stop me from streakin thru there next time!

(YES IM INCREDIBLY BORED ATM)
