I would believe those rims are actually 19x10 +19. None of what your are saying makes sense though. With the 19x10 and either a-19 or +19, your wheel is moving

None of what your are saying makes sense though. With the 19x10 and either a-19 or +19, your wheel is moving away from the caliper. You should have clearance. Online Wheel and Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error \| Will They Fit If your wheel hit the caliper who knows what damage he did.
