If your old rotors are OK to be turned, I'd have them turned so that the next time this happens, you have immediate replacements. Only if the old rotors are

If your old rotors are OK to be turned, I'd have them turned so that the next time this happens, you have immediate replacements. Only if the old rotors are thick enough to be turned/have high spots removed.
