Grind and Mac, thanks for the interesting reading. I was referring to the Bridgestone RE970AS that Grind provided the reference to. Sounds like they're good tires for the price. Do you think there will be an issue going to a wider tire width and thinner sidewall? I know enough to know what the numbers mean, but not enough to know if the extra inch(ish) width will still fit on the wheel and whether the half inch less of sidewall will make the wheel wells look ridiculously empty.
