Oh I know the noise problem. Tire rotation before the tires start wearing too unevenly can help minimalize the problem. Also, explaining to the customer that the noise will go away as the tire wear evens out might make it acceptable to them.

I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who don't care and would just rather get new tires than deal with noisy rotated tires (like you said... at higher end dealers). Most of them have lots of money though, so its not an issue for them.

The Z can't rotate tires, and the tires I currently use have asymmetrical tread, meaning I can't even swap them from side to side. Well, I guess that solves that problem

you mean you have directional thread.

asymetrical you can swap left and right because the directionality is Inside/Outside only.

I've bought used many times. I have a local guy that has fantastic tires and prices. All top quality with 80-90% tread. I've also used Tire Kingz out of Atlanta. Great service and pricing:

some of those tires in the 'deal of the day' look like they're already past 3/32 which is considered safe for wet conditions...

like this.. almost at the wear bar.

i dont get it. you're spending hundreds anyway, spend a tad more and get new tires and manufacturer warranty.
