i rub at 275/35/19 +24 on a 19x9.5 wheel lowered about 1.5 inches.

OP mentioned that he is staying at stock height at the moment. When he gets the KW Variant 3 and lowers it about an inch, as he stated in the OP, then he just needs to throw in about 1.5 degrees of negative camber in the front and bam problem solved.

If anything, just go with a 265/35 if it's an issue.

This is the most sought after offset. The wheels will end up close, if not exact, below the fenders, hence flush but not hellaflush. Best stance IMO if your going to lower the car.
