There's no reason in the world to run such a stagger setup from front to rear. The fronts should be brought up to 245s. I agree with the above about it being a tracking issue. I run 285s and 255s, 19x10.5/9.5 so the tires grab grooves on the road all day. That may be what you're experiencing.
