$700 for one tire? Decent priced CND tire resellers?

I picked up a nail on the side wall of my OEM 275/35/19s and Goodyear tire wants $700 to replace the ONE tire. Redonkulous!
Anyone know of a Canadian tire shop, preferably in Vancouver that isn't trying to rape me?

tirerack.com. get it shipped there, mounted, balanced - should cost about $20 at the shop

I co-sign on the above or find one of those border places in Seattle near your border, could ship there and pick it up.

even with the duties will still be lots cheaper
