Seriously, thanks for the input guys. I was little bit concerned about the handling and tire wear because of the mismatched front and rear. I guess for dd it should be just fine. I will grab the used Potenza for now.

yah, if you were to get shitty tires for the rear, then story is different. but for the front and RE050A's, this is a non-issue imo.

Yeah that actually makes sense to me now. If the rear tires get less grip on a RWD, it has the tendency to spin out. But since the Advan is little bit more sticky I should be okay. Thanks for the info!
