I replaced my noisy stock tires with Continental Pro Contact (I think that's the correct wording) and accomplished my mission of a quieter and somewhat less harsh ride. That was my priority, not performance, cornering, etc. Your priority is more in handling, etc. Nevertheless, for what it's worth, I'm thrilled with the Continentals and now enjoy driving my Z more than ever.
