I'm not sure what actually classifaction they are but it really doesn't work they way. These tires have a lower compound rating thus they grip more. Regardless how cold tires

I'm not sure what actually classifaction they are but it really doesn't work they way. These tires have a lower compound rating thus they grip more. Regardless how cold tires do warm up and grip. I've only taken that with a grain of slat. There's probably a way better explanation.
