Tire noise from the cold weather

I have a PW 2011 sport/touring coupe. Whenever I lock the wheel all the way in either direction and move the car forward or backward, I hear a grinding (non-metallic)

Default Think I have a steering column issue

I have a PW 2011 sport/touring coupe. Whenever I lock the wheel all the way in either direction and move the car forward or backward, I hear a grinding (non-metallic) noise from the front of the car. It kind of sounds like thunder (best way I can describe it). The car is at the dealer right now, but i was checking in to see if anyone has an idea of what the problem is. The car is totally stock.

I spoke to the technician just now. He told me that the shuddering I'm getting is from the "camber roll". He said that this is normal. I have 13,xxxmi on the car.

When in full lock and cold temps, your tires will growl and make you think something major is going on. perfectly normal.
