As for the rims, now you need so 25mm spacers to widen the stance..they are hidden under the flare.

I have 15mm spacers sitting in my kitchen just waiting to get put on! I was afraid to go any wider since I am now running 305 width tires.

On another note, here's the x-rays of the guy's leg in the accident:

First one is femur. Second one is tibia/fibula.
