Rubber doesn't give a tire strength. One function of rubber is to keep air from leaking out. The belts are the strength of the tire. If they haven't been compromised

Rubber doesn't give a tire strength. One function of rubber is to keep air from leaking out. The belts are the strength of the tire. If they haven't been compromised and the tire doesn't leak, then why replace it?
