If your car fits in the garage you shouldnt have a problem getting it off ground. Im assuming you only have two jack stands...
So you can jack up the front, lower it down on jack stands, lift up the rear, and leave it on the floor jack till you get the wheels back. Or buy two more jack stands. problem solved.
