Jason,
no offense, i like these wheels, but I think the offset on the front is way too aggressive. Are the offsets +15 for rear and +17 for front? I think you are going to have a serious rubbing issue when the car is lowered unless you go with some real aggressive camber and stick with the 255's Check out Dannys thread, his wheels are 9.5 in front with a +22 and he had some minor rubbing issues, although he is running a 275. The tires aren't so much the problem but the front offset is way too much.
If you put a 265 on that front, it's going to look worse than the 255's you have up front now. Other than getting different wheels, the best thing you could do to make it look better both on the front and rear would be this. Run a 245 on that 9.5 front. Yes it will be stretched (could look like crap too) but it wouldn't look like it sticks out so much. And then run a 295 or 305 one profile lower than your front. I'm sure the 370'S have that slip light stuff if your rear tire diameter is too close to the fronts diameter. For example I'm running 245/35/19's front on 19x8.5" wheels and 305/30/19's on the rear on 19x10.5" wheels. I have the base model 350Z so I don't have to worry about that traction contral mumbo jumbo, however with my setup my rears are 1/2" bigger diameter than the front and that much should not cause problems with the traction control. If you ran a 295 the overall diameter is only about 1/4" larger than the front and I'm not sure if that would throw a traction slip light thing or not. Anywho this is what a 305/30/19 Potenza would look like on your 10.5" wide wheels.

ok, I dropped the car with some KW variant 3's and wow I am impressed with the look and performance. Fixed the aggressive offset problem and the ride is so comfortable. When I corner it feels like the car is glued to the road. There is no rubbing with the wheels, but the air damn is a issue.
Think I have it set too low? My next step is a camber kit to help the rear end. It's a bit too much of a negative camber. I am going to get 305's on the rear and get rid of the stretched 285's ![]()
